Why Most People Miss the Point
For those who have been grinding their whole life, it’s not just business as usual. This is where we triple down. No excuses, no weekends off. There are moments when I work through the night, because the grind doesn’t wait.
Quick Guide: The Winter Arc
Step 0: Fight Depression and Win the War
Action: Cold showers are non-negotiable to spike dopamine. They’re uncomfortable, but they build resilience.
Walks: Get outside, breathe the cold air, and connect with your environment.
Why: Depression feeds on inaction. Every small win, whether it’s taking a cold shower or going for a walk, becomes a victory in the war against inertia. Focus on one day at a time.
Action: Commit to daily movement. This could be as simple as stretching, walking, or doing bodyweight exercises.
Get a gym membership or set up a home workout routine, whatever fits your lifestyle.
Why: By now, movement should already be part of your routine. This step is about taking it further to build the foundation of discipline. Movement creates momentum, and momentum fuels everything else in life.
The 5-Day Challenge: Your Next Move
The Goal: Align your life with what’s meaningful to you.
Action: Morning & Evening Journaling: Write 1-2 sentences about what you’re grateful for and a goal for the day.
Block time for the things that matter; family, friends, workouts, and personal growth. Schedule everything in your calendar and honor it.
Why: Gratitude shifts your mindset toward abundance. Prioritizing meaningful activities helps you stay aligned with what truly matters. Life becomes easier when you know what’s worth your time.
The Goal: Build unshakable discipline through a non-negotiable habit.
Action: Choose one habit; whether it’s fitness, journaling, or meditation, and commit to doing it every single day for the rest of your life.
Examples: 10 push-ups a day, write one affirmation, or drink a glass of water every morning.
Pro Tip: If unsure, choose prayer or meditation, as these can be done anywhere, even in a hospital bed.
Why: Discipline is born in the hard moments; when you want to quit, but keep going anyway. This habit becomes your anchor, your constant, proving to yourself daily that you can follow through no matter what.

The Goal: Use reflection as a tool for continuous growth.
Action: Morning Review: Identify one thing from yesterday to improve and make it your focus for today.
Evening Reflection (Before Bed): Write down three wins, but also what you missed or could have done better. What you reflect on before sleep becomes your focus when you wake.
Why: Life isn’t about maintaining - it’s about advancing. Your foundation is built. Now it’s time to upgrade daily by correcting yesterday’s mistakes and moving forward with purpose.
The Goal: Embrace the struggles, because they shape who you are.
Action: Accept that pain and struggle are inevitable, but they are meant to shape you, not break you.
Create hardship intentionally by embracing challenges, whether it’s winter, fitness routines, or your Daily Done.
Why: Fitness, movement, winter, and your Daily Done are intentionally challenging. If you haven’t experienced significant hardship, you must create it to truly appreciate everything else. When life feels harder than your winter, your Daily Done, or your emotions, you’ll be tempted to escape. But when you transform your obligations into purpose; upholding your Daily Done every day, life itself becomes the reward. Your escape isn’t from the grind; it’s found within it.
This guide is your blueprint for building a version of yourself that thrives no matter what life throws at you. But remember, this is not just for reading. It’s for doing. Each step is meant to be applied, lived, and mastered.
Progress at your own pace. Focus on one section, apply it until it’s a habit, and move on when you’re ready.
Your journey begins now. What you do today will set the tone for the person you become by spring. The only question left is:
Who will you be when the snow melts?

Together, we’ll connect your fitness journey to the bigger picture:
Relationships: Look and feel your best, radiating confidence.
Career: Develop habits that drive professional success.
Mental Growth: Cultivate an unbreakable mindset and master self-discipline.
Your transformation starts here.
I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to coach people — I lived through what it means to fight for every inch of progress. I come from a place where life was about surviving, not thriving. In the crime-heavy streets of Winnipeg, I was beaten by my parents, mugged twice a month, and ran from people armed with machetes. I’ve had guns pointed at my face during muggings—knowing that one wrong move could end everything.
At 15 years old, life became too much, and I tried to end it all. But when I didn’t die, I realized I had one option left:
to build the best life possible.
That promise became the foundation of Kaizen Infinity.
"If I shall fall, let me fall. The one I am becoming will catch me." - Baal Shem Tov
The belief that 1% improvement every day is how you reclaim your life, no matter how far you’ve fallen. I built myself brick by brick—running a franchise to pay for school and working in healthcare. Today, I still work full-time in healthcare while building Kaizen Infinity, knowing that growth isn’t a destination—it’s a lifelong journey.
Kaizen Infinity isn’t just a fitness program—it’s a way of life. Whether you’re recovering from setbacks, battling self-doubt, or striving to unlock your next level, I’ll walk with you every step of the way.
If I can fight through my darkest days and build the life I dreamed of, so can you.
